Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY ON DAY EXCURSIONS:

· Full refund if notice of cancellation is received 30 days or more prior to tour date.* **
· 50% refund if notice of cancellation is received 7 to 30 days prior to tour date.* **
· No refund if notice of cancellation is received 7 days or less prior to tour date.

* A transaction fee of 15.00 dollars will be incurred on all cancellations
** cancellation can be done by contacting Authentic Canadian Tours by email or phone.

Authentic Canadian Tours reserves the right  to cancel a tour. If a tour has to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances the tour will be rescheduled if possible. If the passenger cannot make the rescheduled tour, or the tour is completely cancelled, a 100% refund will be given.
